Flowers in bloom at Applecroft Farmstand

The Farmstand

Much of what ends up on your plate starts here. The herbs, vegetables, and flowers grown on the property go straight into the scratch kitchen. They’re pressed into oils, fermented into vinegars, and served fresh on the plate. The farmstand is open to the community every Thursday and Friday, 2–7PM with fresh focaccia, baked goods, dips, and new surprises each week.

THE CULINARY PARTNER FOR THE GATHERINGS YOU WANT TO BE PRESENT FOR.

Weddings, special events, and family gatherings are where memories are made. Applecroft is the culinary partner creating deeply personal dining moments that will make you put your phone down, connect with your people, and truly experience.

Eight Moonlit dinners in the garden.
One LONG Table.

Applecroft is hosting a limited number of coursed, plated dinners on our farm. The 2026 Kitchen Garden Dinner Series begins on August 12, running every Wednesday through September 30.

Each dinner has its own chapter in our story, cooked over an open fire, and served at a single long table. The menus are chef-driven and change with the season.

Seating is limited to twenty-four seats per dinner.

If you’re coming from away, our off-grid cabins are available to book.

Let’s talk about what you’re planning.

Tell us about your event. The size, format, and whether you’re coming to us or we’re coming to you.

The more we know, the better.

Applecroft Campground

The Applecroft Campground is a very special place. Easy access right off route one but totally secluded in the woods. Cooking over fires and sleeping in the forest are so dear to us and we are thrilled to share our loves with you.

For 2026 we have 3 cabins available. They are off-grid with no running water. Our family loves camping in Baxter and this is our little reflection of that. We want you to build your own fire to cook over and to have to use a flashlight at night to find the outhouse. Come swim in the lake, explore the forest and spend some quality time around a fire.

Cabin no. 1

Cabin No. 1 is a year round cabin with a small wood stove. It’s south facing porch is perfect for enjoying the sun that peaks through the trees.

The cabin that started it all

Maria and I camped in this spot for a couple years before we built this little amazing box. The spot has the most amazing light all day even though is surrounded by tall oak and hemlock trees. The site features a large fire pit with a massive grill for cooking feasts, a picnic table and two lawn chairs. Inside there is table and chairs, a small wood stove and a very comfortable queen bed with down pillows and a down comforter.

Cabin no. 2

This west facing cabin lets you watch the sunset while you build your fire.

A very special campsite

Fun Fact: this is the site of Maria and I’s first date! I cooked her dinner in the woods and a big owl showed up to say hi. The rest is Applecroft history.
